A very complete experience of four days that will include one to one activities such as massages and some group activities designed to increase creativity, free your emotions and enhance your uniqueness, giving you the chance to create different possible pathways in your everyday life.
All the activities are designed to be a dance towards a sense of ownership. The possibility of renewing yourself starts from the food that is prepared by our chef using as much of our own production of vegetables and fruits. Every meal has been studied to support your system and reinvigorate your mind.
In those four wonderful days you will experience 3 hours of different types of massage, 2 face treatments, 6 hours of physical activities, 1 hour of life coaching, a personalised nutritional session and a session of creativity.
Morning stretching and walks around the property are also included in your plan. Every experience will be different from the previous in terms of treatments and therapists as the change is the ground to renew.

Tenuta Mazzolino is above all a home, located one hour away from Milan, set amidst the rolling vineyards and a tranquil ambiance. Your home away from home that will always welcome you in any shape and spirit. Tenuta Mazzolino features eight rooms, each of them with ensuite bathrooms and a lively view of the surrounding area. At the top floor of the house you will find a wellness area with four massage rooms, a spa area and a gym.
